The HaloPolymer Holding has joined SPI:
The plastics industry trade association in the US, becoming the first company in Russia to do so. “To our company, joining SPI was a strategic step forward to strengthening the position in the US market. HaloPolymer seeks to expand its presence in the US by maximizing the market potential and industrial advantages of the company through multiple partnerships with US companies,” said Maxim Doroshkevich, CEO of HaloPolymer.
“Due to its current level of industrial development, in the foreseeable future, the U.S. will retain its position of the largest consumer of PTFE in the world and HaloPolymer is ready to ensure this demand.”
The polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) production capacity of Halopolymer Holding reached 12,700 tons in 2011 alone. About 80% of all the products manufactured are exported to more than 30 countries, including the United States. In spring, the company opened its first overseas representative office, Halopolymer Trading Inc, in Houston, the US.
