New Delhi, Mar 23 The wholesale low density polymer prices gained Rs 2 per kg in the national capital today on increased offtake by plastic bag makers and plastic moulding units.
Marketmen said increased demand from plastic bag makers and plastic moulding units mainly pushed up low density polymer prices. Low density (LD )No 40 and (LD) No 400 were traded higher by Rs 2 each at Rs 72.50 and Rs 7650 per kg respectively. Following were today&aposs quotations in Rs per kg:. LD No 40 -72.50, LD No 400 – 7650 LLDP blowing 73, colour 75.00 HD Blowing 6400, HD moulding (deshi) 68, HD moulding (colour) 80.00, PP No 100 – 80, PP Colour 84, ABS (Indian) 100, acrylic 110-120 colour 120-125, crystal (Indian) 70, colour 82, poly carbonate 170-178, Nylon No-6 155, Nylon No 66 -190-200, PVC resin deshi 58.00, PVC pest grade 90.
