Dow Europe GmbH is announcing a price increase across European, Middle Eastern, African and Indian regions for polyethylene (PE) resins, based on the continued raw material cost developments that the company is experiencing and the need to restore its margins.
Effective June 1, 2009, or as contract terms allow, Dow Euope GmbH will increase prices by 50 Euros per metric ton for all of its low-density polyethylene (LDPE) , linear-low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resins.
