Wabash and Carver highlights composite molding presses at CAMX 2016
Wabash MPI and Carver, Inc. will exhibit at CamX, the Composites and Advanced Materials Expo taking place in Anaheim, California from September 27-29.
At the show, Wabash and Carver will highlight their standard and custom composite molding presses for manufacturing and laboratory applications, with press capacities ranging from 0.5 to 1,200 tons and platen sizes from 6×6″ to 6×12′.
A Wabash Genesis Series 50 ton compression press will also be running in Composites One’s booth, as part of the Lean Mean Process Machine demonstration live event. These demos feature more than 15 closed mold and advanced processes, including a live SMC/Compression Molding demonstration, as well as new product technology.
Wabash MPI also offers standard and custom hydraulic and pneumatic presses for compression molding, vacuum molding, ASTM testing, laboratory and R&D applications. Transfer presses offer precise molding of electrical components, medical products and other applications.
Carver, Inc. offers two-column and four column benchtop, manual and automatic hydraulic laboratory presses with clamping capacities from 12 to 48 tons. Carver presses are suited for various materials research, as well as pharmaceuticals, analytical chemistry, lab testing, laminating and other applications.
