At CHNAPLAS 2013, SINGLE Temperature Controls will feature its energy-efficient ATT Alternating Temperature Technology which introduces more versatility to the production process.User-defined time setting for activating several valve modules per system and free selection of maximum or minimum temperatures per mold section are part of the new set of features. This way, the energy consumption of the temperature alternation process can be optimized.

Intensive developments have resulted in the use of ATT technology also for production processes of composite materials. The ATT allows not only for impeccable surface finishing but also allows for major gains in productivity due to shorter cycle times.Foam injection molding process can be optimized, says SINGLE. The productivity of two-component and three-component rotating molds and in operating with vertical molds can also be enhanced.

The latest generation of ATT systems also offers a new data logging option: process parameters can be logged to a USB stick via an integrated USB interface.
